Dr. Julia Garcia Joins Staff at

Lisbon Area Health Services

Dr. Julia Garcia has been granted privileges to the Medical Staff at Lisbon Area Health Services on Tuesday August 4, 2009.  She will also be practicing medicine at Family Medical Clinic with Dr. Barbara Sheets Olson.

Dr. Garcia graduated from Cebu Doctors College of Medicine in the Philippines in 2003. She then completed a surgery residency, level 1 trauma in Harlem New York, next came her specialization in Family Medicine. Dr. Garcia attended the LSU Family Medical Program and completed her residency training at UC-Davis. She will be Board Certified this fall, and has a license to practice in both North Dakota and California.

Dr. Garcia is married to Boris Eliosov, and has recently moved t Lisbon. Boris will continue with his engineering consulting firm.
