The Oakes Community Hospital is participating in unifying community efforts for creating a healthier community.  By healthy, we mean every aspect of a community’s health, which includes things such as housing, stable economy, excellent education and job opportunities. The “Building Healthy Community” initiative is designed to unify individual efforts for the purpose of creating a shared vision of the community, identifying community resources and needs, establishing priorities, and developing action plans for each priority.
